WhatsApp has already sent a warning to iPhone users of iOS 10 and iOS 11 versions. The company has already sent a notification to the iPhone users of this version. Update iPhone soon to continue using WhatsApp, says the notification.
WhatsApp also mentions on their help center page that iPhone users will need iOS 12 or later to continue using the app. On the other hand, WhatsApp has asked Android device users to use Android 4.1 or later to continue using the messaging app.
